Brotherhood is what gives a house personality. It's what gives a student security and encouragement after leaving home. Brotherhood is not something that's experienced when you first join, but rather something that grows with time, something that lasts after leaving the physical structure of the house upon graduation or moving onto other calling in life.LOYALTY
